Thunder Bay Elks Hockey relies on volunteer coaches, trainers, managers, and on-ice helpers each season.

Team Staff Requirements
All coaches, managers, trainers, and on-ice helpers must complete the required HNO screening and certifications before participating in team activities.
Requirements vary by role, division, and level of play. Hockey Northwestern Ontario maintains the official team staff requirements, screening information, and course links.
