U7 Hockey Has Started, Click Here for Dates

Hello U7 Families!!

For the upcoming season, Elks and our friends KC Minor Hockey have joined forces again to provide programming for the U7 and U9 programs. The program will run Saturday from 10am-12pm, Monday from 5:30-6:30 pm and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 pm.  The season plan will consist of station-based drills, friendly scrimmages and jamborees. We will also have seasonal breaks as per U7 pathway.

Second week schedule will be as follows:

Saturday October 7 – Delaney arena

Last name: A-J 10-11 am

Last name: K-Z 11-12

 

Monday October 9 – Delaney Arena

Last name: A-J 530-630

Last name: K-Z 630-730

 

Teams will be created prior to October 14. The application TeamSnap will be used for schedules and information. Please watch for the invitation.

 

The set times for U7 will be as follows:

Saturday at 10-11 or 11-12

Monday at 530-630 or 630-730

 

Reminder please ensure your player has a neck guard and water bottle. See you tomorrow.

 

Parents, guardians and family/friends wishing to assist on ice — please send an email to elks82shockey@gmail.com and bring a helmet, skates, gloves and stick.

If possible, please have a jersey and socks for your player.  If not we have a temporary supply for the players until uniforms are distributed.  Please bring a water bottle for your player.  Please arrive with adequate time for your player to dress and be ready…we recommend 15-30 minutes prior to start.

We have a pool of youth volunteers who will assist on the ice. Anyone wishing to assist as a coach, ice helper, manager or trainer please let us know. You may send an email to elks82shockey@gmail.com.
